After a month in ICE custody, Afghan man with brain cancer released, cousin says

LOWELL — An Afghan man battling brain cancer who was arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents last month has been released on bond in Florida, a family member told The Sun Wednesday, but the man’s ordeal is not over.
