Earlier reports suggested the film was titled Prem Ki Shaadi, but it has now been confirmed as Yeh Prem Mol Liya. Social media was abuzz with pictures of Ayushmann and Sharvari shooting at a railway station, and the duo recently completed a week-long song shoot in Kandivali. As reported by Mid Day, the production is now entering a 60-day start-to-finish schedule, focused on capturing the core drama and family sequences. Indoor sets have been meticulously built across three floors of Mehboob Studios to maintain creative continuity and preserve the emotional flow of the story. A crew member revealed, “The team plans to wrap up by January 2026. About 80% of the film will be shot indoors at Mehboob, with only a few outdoor patch portions. The aim is to ensure the emotional graph of the story is captured seamlessly.” Ayushmann Khurrana and Sharvari Ayushmann and Sharvari also shot the film’s first song over seven days in Mumbai, featuring a large ensemble and around 200 background dancers. As a creator, it’s not about box office numbers; it’s about whether the audience connects with the story and the world you’re creating.” The 61-year-old filmmaker added, “Whether it’s a film or a show, I want the environment to feel authentic, like this is how the characters live.
