Corrections and clarifications

Family reunion visas | Tony Harrison obituary

• An article (PM says asylum resettlement and family reunion rights will end, 2 October, p12 from p1) said that 4,671 visas were granted to spouses, partners or dependent children of those granted asylum in the year ending June 2025. The correct number is 20,817.

• An obituary of the poet Tony Harrison said his two children were born in Nigeria; however, his daughter Jane was born in Leeds (29 September, Journal, p6).
