Council to receive just under €29 million in LPT funding next year

Donegal County Council is to receive just under €29 million in Local Property Tax funding next year. Figures published by the government today show a baseline allocation to the council of just over €27.4 million. When the 15% variation adopted by the council is applied, that rises to €28.9 million. It’s estimated that €10.2 million will be paid in LPT in the county next year, with the government providing an extra €17.2 million.
