Dianne Buswell addresses concern about Strictly Come Dancing future in clear message

Dianne Buswell has addressed concern about her Strictly Come Dancing future as she shared a clear message about whether fans will see her on the show again. Back in September, the professional dancer returned to the ballroom for the 2025 run of the competition, having been paired with Neighbours legend Stefan Dennis. Dianne's comeback, which was previously announced alongside her fellow pros earlier this year, also came after she announced she is pregnant with her first child with her boyfriend, Joe Sugg. While met with trolling about performing whilst pregnant, Dianne ploughed on with Stefan and the pair were originally set to perform last Saturday night (October 25), having made it through to week five of the BBC One dance contest. However, Stefan had to withdraw from the competition due to injury. The sad exit came after Stefan was struck by illness, which forced him to miss week three of the dance show, before he and Dianne made a triumphant return to the ballroom during week four, performing a Charleston to Dance Monkey by Tones And I. But following their exit, Dianne pleaded for people to show Stefan 'some respect' after claims that their withdrawal from the competition was a 'set up', suggesting it was her who was no longer able to perform, with her later branding it a 'conspiracy theory' in her It Takes Two exit interview. She took to her Instagram Stories and shared a comment from one fan which read: "To be honest I saw this coming, Diane couldn't really continue especially when she gets bigger, bless her,'. "She's a brilliant dancer and she is one of my favourites sorry to say but I think this was planned to keep her and baby safe, just my thought." Having been subject to the same comments when Stefan couldn't perform due to illness, Dianne clapped back: "I sound like a broken record but I'm seeing a bit of this floating around again! I know people say ignore it but actually why should I? "I will speak up... I would love nothing more than to keep dancing this week next week the week after that so so on and so forth. In fact I have more energy this year than I did this time last year." The 36-year-old added: "Please respect Stefan who is extremely gutted to not be able to dance and stop presuming this was a set up! because believe me we would if we could!" Now, Dianne's future on the show has also been called into question, with some wondering if she'll step away from the hit programme once she welcomed her son into the world. However, fans needn't worry as the Australian star has made it clear she doesn't plan to go anywhere. In a comment on one of her latest TikTok videos, a fan asked: "Will you ever do Strictly after you give birth?" In response, Dianne quickly replied: "100 percent." The original poster was delighted, as they replied back: "Yayayayay ty for replying as well good luck wish u the best." It is then when Dianne doubled down and shared: "I can’t leave strictly with a week 4 exit." Another fans also got involved, commenting: "gotta leave strictly with another glitter ball am i right sis !!!" to which Dianne liked the comment and concluded: "Sis you are right."
