Draymond Green Defends Nico Harrison After Mavericks Dismissal – 'Y’all Just Wanna Point the Finger'

While everyone agreed that it was time for the Dallas Mavericks to let Nico Harrison go, Golden State Warriors star Draymond Green didn’t. Most fans have longed for Harrison to be let go by the franchise after he traded star guard Luka Doncic to the Los Angeles Lakers last season. The chant “Fire Nico” has always filled the American Airlines Center since the former executive pulled the trigger. On Tuesday, owner Patrick Dumont released a statement, confirming Harrison’s dismissal. This came following the team’s 3-8 start to the season. No one expected Dallas to begin their campaign terribly. The team had the No. pick, Cooper Flagg, and a star big man in Anthony Davis. They also have veteran guard Klay Thompson and one-time All-Star D’Angelo Russell. However, injuries have played a significant role in the team’s lack of success. Green pointed that out on Tuesday’s episode of “The Draymond Green Show.”
