‘Fackham Hall’ Racks Up Record Trailer Traffic For Bleecker Street

EXCLUSIVE: The trailer for Jim O’Hanlon’s British period satirical comedy Fackham Hall clocked 7.3 million views in its first 24-hours making it the most viewed trailer ever in Bleecker Street’s history.

Fackham Hall follows pickpocket Eric Noone (Ben Radcliffe) who lands a job at English manor house Fackham Hall. He quickly rises through the ranks, and a forbidden romance with lady-of-the-house Rose Davenport (Thomasin McKenzie) blossoms. But when an unexpected murder occurs, Eric gets framed — leaving Rose and her family’s future perilously uncertain. That’s when this upstairs-downstairs comedy becomes a whodunit. Katherine Waterston, Emma Laird, Tom Felton, and Damian Lewis also star. Jim O’Hanlon directed and Jimmy Carr, Patrick Carr and the Dawson Brothers wrote. The pic takes aim at such movies as Gosford Park, Downton Abbey, etc. The movie is produced by Danny Perkins’ Elysian Film Group with Mila Cottray and Kris Thykier. “Comedy – it is SO back! Thrilled that so many got a kick out of this glimpse of this madcap version of 1930s England. This is just a small taste of the nonstop insanity that fills every second of this hilarious movie,” Kent Anderson, President of Bleecker Street, tells Deadline.

Fackham Hall opens its doors across the nation on Dec. 5.

Fan-owned entertainment company Legion M entered into a financing and distribution partnership with Bleecker Street on Fackham Hall.

Bleecker Street’s highest grossing movie ever at the domestic box office remains Steven Soderbergh’s Logan Lucky starring Daniel Craig, Adam Driver, Channing Tatum, and Riley Keough, which made $27.7M.
