Frantic hunt underway for four children kidnapped by man in a car

Nia Hill, 10; Noah Hill, 7; Nolan Hill, 7; and Nova Hill, 7, were allegedly in the backseat of the car when Austin Bell, 30, drove off in the vehicle early Saturday morning.
