Illegal alien who rammed federal agents was HONORED and presented with framed accolade by LA for targeting ICE

Mexican national Carlitos Ricardo Parias, 44, of South Los Angeles , has been charged with assault on a federal officer after he tried to escape arrest on Tuesday.
