Industry Urges 9th Circuit To Adopt SCOTUS’ NEPA ‘Course Correction’

Industry groups are urging the 9th Circuit to follow the Supreme Court’s recent “course correction” in its landmark ruling restricting challenges under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), seeking to extend the precedent after it was recently embraced by the D.C. Circuit.
