‘Inspiration’: 52-Year-Old Zepto Delivery Woman With Disability Stuns Internet

A heartwarming video of a 52-year-old Zepto delivery agent from Chandigarh has gone viral, drawing admiration from netizens for her courage, spirit, and unshakable determination.
The video, shared on Instagram by fitness enthusiast Mallika Arora, captures her interaction with 52-year-old Veena Devi—a delivery worker who continues to work despite being 50% paralysed.
In the clip, Arora asks Devi what she does for a living, to which she responds proudly, “I work as a delivery agent with Zepto.” When asked about her condition, Devi calmly explains that she has a disability but has been working tirelessly since June last year.
Arora visibly moved, asked how she could support Veena, to which Veena simply said, “Just keep supporting me.” The interaction ended with the customer praising her courage, saying, “I’m very proud of you, keep going.”
“Today I saw a 52-year-old Zepto delivery lady… 50% paralysed, yet smiling and working with full spirit. In that moment, I realised—some people don’t just live, they fight every day. She didn’t deliver an order… she delivered inspiration,” Arora captioned the video.
Zepto also responded to the viral post on Instagram and said, “Proud of her.” Arora replied, thanking the company for empowering hardworking individuals like Devi: “It truly touched my heart. Grateful for a platform like yours.”
