Video of Emiru predicting Mizkif will sue her over her allegations against him resurfaces

A video of Twitch streamer Emily "Emiru" predicting that Matthew "Mizkif" would sue has resurfaced on social media. For those unaware, on November 5, 2025, details about Mizkif's defamation lawsuit against Emiru, Zack "Asmongold," OTK (One True King), King Gaming Labs, and Mythic Talent Management surfaced.On the same day (November 5, 2025), a 59-second clip from Emiru's October 25, 2025, livestream emerged, in which she accused Mizkif of sexual assault, domestic and physical abuse, stalking, and harassment.While claiming that she "would not be surprised" if the former OTK member decided to sue her over her allegations, Emiru said:"And I also wanted to say that I would not be surprised if he tries to sue me for the stream that I did today and for coming out about him, not because he thinks that he would win, but for PR reasons, like a SLAPP (Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation) lawsuit. It'd be interesting if that happened, and I wouldn't be opposed to people finding out more the truth and things I didn't even talk about today, and what else he's been lying about. And I'm sure there's also plenty of things even I don't know about. And, yeah, there's more things that I didn't even talk about today, but I'm hoping that, now that I have this out, this is the last time I have to talk about it. And I can be like, 'Okay, I got it out there, I'm not withholding this anymore. It's out there.'"Mizkif's defamation lawsuit against Emiru briefly exploredOn the fifth page of the legal document, the plaintiff, Mizkif, claimed that the defendant, Emiru, "lied and baselessly accused" him of psychological and domestic abuse, stalking and harassment, sexual assault, and blackmail threats. Furthermore, this was described as "slanderous accusations":"Ten months later, on October 24, 2025, Schunk hosted a livestream on Twitch. On the livestream, she lied and baselessly accused Rinaudo of “psychological and domestic abuse, stalking and harassment, sexual assault, and threats of blackmail.” These slanderous accusations were made live before an audience of tens of thousands and have since been viewed millions of times across various platforms. 19. In the same livestream, Schunk gives accounts of their relationship that clearly do not support the allegations she levied."As of this writing, Emiru has not responded to Mizkif's lawsuit. However, Asmongold issued a brief statement regarding the situation on November 5, 2025.
