Bills' James Cook keeps it short and sweet with powerful postgame comments after his career day against the Carolina Panthers
The 200-yard man barely looked like he broke a sweat, finishing the day with only 19 carries for more than 200 yards. He was asked if it was frustrating in a game where it felt like he could have had more opportunities. Cook was quick to shower his teammates with praise, a selfless act from the mild-mannered running back."No, because I trust the guys that's behind me," Cook said. "We all work together, so you know, just can't be selfish. You gotta let those guys eat, and when my time comes, I just gotta take advantage of it."Cook also offered that he felt like he could go again after barely being hit in the contest. Who knows what another 10 to 12 carries for the running back would've looked like after the performance that he had on Sunday.
