Site Supervisor

The RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team based in our Forrestdale branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible in assisting the Operations Manager in supervising and coordinating onsite project works & events within Western Australia. The Site Supervisor will proactively lead to meet and exceed expectations by providing exceptional customer service, and problem solving issues.

Key Responsibilities Will Include But Not Limited ToEnsure work installed meets compliance requirementsAdhere to OH&S policies and proceduresOH&S Management on projectsSite Supervision and onsite co-ordination of events and assigned project worksLiaise with Customer Service Representatives, Site Managers, Project Engineers and CA's onsite to ensure the scope is being delivered correctlyAssist with resolving issues regarding installation, paperwork and stock discrepanciesCompleting site counts and ensure adequate stock is availableIdentify additional equipment requirements to increase efficiency on site and improve performanceAssisting in the onsite installation and maintenance of Site Camera worksWhat You’ll Need To Succeed Proven experience in site supervision (strongly desired) Background in construction or events installation with a focus on quality Confident managing subcontractors and leading from the front A can-do attitude and strong sense of ownership Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to high standards Understanding of OH&S / WHS requirements and procedures Strong time management and interpersonal communication skills Valid Forklift Licence and Driver’s Licence (essential) MR Truck Licence (desirable) Construction White Card (essential) Working with Children’s Check (or ability to obtain)About UsReady Industries is a recognised multi-national company that retains many successful businesses including but not exclusive of:
