Join our fun, fast-paced company to be a part of growing 1440 Foods into the future!Position OverviewThe Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly roles within our fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

This role requires a driven and detail-oriented individual who can build strong talent pipelines, partner effectively with hiring managers, and deliver timely staffing solutions that support operational goals. The Recruiter plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process while maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience and compliance. Job ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment life cycle for hourly positions, including machine operators, line workers, sanitation staff, and warehouse associates. Partner with hiring managers and shift supervisors to understand workforce needs and deliver timely staffing solutions.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, local events, referrals, and other innovative channels. Conduct interviews, facilitate pre-employment testing, and manage the offer and onboarding process. Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely communication and feedback. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment metrics, reports, and candidate tracking through the applicant tracking system (ATS). Support compliance with company hiring policies and regulatory requirements (e. g. , EEO, FLSA, I-9 documentation). Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding coordination.

Skills, Knowledge & AbilitiesStrong sourcing and networking skills, including use of social media, job boards, and community outreach. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software; familiarity with Paychex or similar platforms is a plus. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision. Education & ExperienceAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience for hourly positions in a manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environment. Experience in high-volume recruitment and working in a fast-paced environment is required.

Work EnvironmentExposure to both the office setting and food manufacturing facility. Significant amount of time working at a computer stationOccasional visits to various areas of the manufacturing floorMust wear required PPE while in all manufacturing areas. Moving parts and machinery are present in the plant. Physical DemandsFrequent sitting, standing, or walking. Occasional ability to lift up to 20lbs. Noise levels will vary, higher noise levels exist while in the plant operations areas.
