Put your knowledge and background to work at Texas Instruments (TI) as a Manufacturing Process Engineer.Responsibilities IncludePerform lot and equipment dispositions to support the continuous flow of production and to minimize cycle time in a high volume Assembly Test Manufacturing Identify systematic problems in either process or equipment related sources and communicating findings to the engineering staff in a continuous mannerSupport the manufacturing ramp with execution of equipment/process startup, process experiments (SWRs)Participate in data analysis and problem resolutionQualificationsMinimum requirements:Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Physics, Mechatronics or other relevance backgroundsStrong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control and process release strategiesFresh graduates or less than 2 years relevant working experiencesCGPA 3.30/4.00 or higherPreferred QualificationsProficiency in programming skills such as Phyton, VBA and/or C#Experience in Software Development, Machine Vision and Automation will be added advantageDemonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functionsStrong time management skills that enable on-time project deliveryDemonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationshipsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environmentAbility to take the initiative and drive for resultsAbout UsWhy TI?Engineer your future.
