Job Description
该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： 1.负责售后质量工程的收集、汇总和分析，及时解决情况并汇报结果； 2.负责客户投诉管理并采取措施降低风险； 3.负责组织部门对客诉进行原因分析，制定对策，形成8D报告； 4.定期召开售后质量问题分析会议以及总结售后质量问题； 5.负责本体系内流程优化，参与到体系内项目改善； 6.完成领导交办的其他事项。 任职资格： 1.本科及以上学历，工业工程、质量管理、机械类、材料类相关专业； 2.具有良好的思维能力和学习能力，善于观察和分析问题，具有很强的执行能力； 3.车间现场办公，能够接受日常值班。
