Analysis of business metrics: Daily/weekly/monthly analysis and monitoring of GMV, mobile sales targets, etc., to identify opportunities, issues, and risks.3. Sales target tracking and analyzing.4. Identify problems and improvement opportunities based on store performance; collaborate with departments to develop efficiency enhancement plans.5. Installment payment /trade-in programs/warranty services.6. Store inspections: Randomly check operational compliance during specified periods.7. Store health management.Job requirements1 Strong logical thinking and data analysis capabilities , develop store efficiency improvement plans through data insights.2 Project management skills, including planning, tracking, and closing projects.3 High sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and strong interpersonal communication skills.4 Bachelor’s degree or higher. Fluent English proficiency (speaking, listening, reading, writing)
