The Real Estate Valuation Center in UBS is becoming one of the biggest and most relevant players in the Swiss Real Estate Valuation market. In our team, collaboration is key. As much as there are no two identical buildings, there is no “standardized expert”. The team values collaboration and includes professionals with diverse educational backgrounds—such as architecture, construction, economics, and banking—with specializations in real estate valuation.Your expertiseWe’re looking for a candidate who has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date possess effective communication skills and be comfortable interacting with colleagues at different levels shows interest in the Swiss real estate markets; knowledge of valuation methods is desirable demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving abilities displays a structured, self-initiated approach to work has excellent German (written and oral), fluency in English preferred has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlinesWe’re looking for someone who’s curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving.
