You'll help clients understand leading technologies, assist in selection/implementation/ and support of applications by measuring the impact they can have on traditional business operations & processes. Leveraging a growth mindset, you’ll play a vital part in helping our clients integrate technology to operations & business to deliver business value, wherever needed. In your role, you may be responsible for:Project business values of a solution in client-relevant terms and drive adoption of the KPI impact with key client stakeholdersConduct in-depth business and system/technology analysis to design a better to-be operating modelWork as a team member to identify functional requirements and subsequently working with or in some instances leading others in the identification, justification, and design of the client's solution.Participate in a wide range of design activities, from requirements analysis through business process, systems, application and/or process design specification and implementation.Support the implementation of processes and solutions for registering, managing, and operating product information within core systems (e.g., PLM, SCM) for manufacturing clients.Develop communications tailored to specific audiences while working in an agile, collaborative environmentRequired Technical And Professional Expertise해당 직무는 2026년 1월~3월 3개월간 근무하는 Early Associate Internship 프로그램 입니다.해당 근무 기간 동안 출근이 가능하여야 하며, 개인적인 사유로 출근일을 변경할 수 없습니다.Strong problem-solving capabilities, including desire to take ambiguous problems and deliver creative and well-structured solutions; as well as applying deep analytical skills to ensure recommendations are informed by data and insightsAbility to communicate complex situations clearly and simply by listening actively and conveying difficult messages in a positive mannerAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutionsHigh level resilience with ability to manage dynamic workloadsAbility to translate requirements into a business caseNative in Korean and Fluent in English 공인 영어 시험 성적 보유자 (점수 제한 없음, 이력서 내 기재 필수)Preferred Technical And Professional ExperienceExposure to or experience working with cloud native application methodologies and tools is a plusExposure multiple programming technologies (e.g. Java, Python, SQL, Javascript, HTML) is a plus
