As an Operations and Logistics Interns, you will learn how our managers effectively engage their teams to realize their full potential, ensure their performance in order to fulfill our customers' expectations, and encourage a safe and productive environment within our large and complex Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers and Delivery Stations.Your internship will put you at the heart of our Operations where you will be part of the journey of one of our many customer's orders.Key job responsibilitiesYou will put your analytical skills to the test and roll up your sleeves to complete actions that will contribute to improving the functionality and level of service that Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers and Delivery Stations provide to our customers.This Will Include Diving deep into data, mapping processes and problems Offering and testing potential solutions and implementing the best one(s) Interacting with highly efficient managers, technology development teams, and front-line Associates, thinking broadly about solutions to the most complex business and operational challenges faced by one of the world's fastest growing operations networkAvailable to commence an internship in Feb/March 2025.You should be available for 12 months, full time (40h/week) in Cape TownA day in the lifeAs an intern, you will be matched to a mentor.In addition to learning about an impactful project, you will have theopportunity to engage with Amazonians for both personal and professionaldevelopment, expand your network, and participate in activities with otherinterns throughout your internship.
