No experience required. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.CertificationsWork Environment/Physical DemandsOffice Environment: This position requires sitting, talking, hearing, keyboard input and seeing.Construction Site Environment: This position requires standing, kneeling, bending, stooping, moving, and walking long distances in and around confined, cluttered places and uneven areas. It also requires the ability to see and hear naturally or with correction, work at heights above 5 feet, climb and maintain balance on stairs, ladders, and scaffolds and work up to a 12-hour shift.
