Marketing Specialist

About Teracloud Teracloud ApS is a Denmark based software product company with a wide range of product lines from industrial power and climate controllers to e‑sports platforms. We are part of a multinational technology conglomerate, and our mission is to provide R&D services to our partners.  We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to lead the marketing effort for one of our brands. This is an on-site position located in our Copenhagen office.  Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive customer engagement and increase brand visibility.

Manage the company websites, ensuring they are up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines. Plan and execute email campaigns through Hubspot, from content creation to performance analysis, to effectively nurture leads and drive conversions. Coordinate and host engaging webinars in Zoom to educate and engage with our target audience. Manage social media channels through Hubspot, including content creation, publishing, and community engagement, to build brand loyalty and drive website traffic. Oversee the corporate forum, ensuring active participation and addressing inquiries promptly. Respond to email inquiries in a timely manner and route them to relevant departments for efficient resolution.

Create and optimize landing pages to capture leads and improve conversion rates. Produce compelling written, visual, and multimedia content (posts, infographics, videos) to support marketing initiatives and enhance brand messaging. Organize events locally and provide support for event organization in overseas subsidiaries to maximize brand exposure and foster customer relationships. Proactively reach out to customers and partners to facilitate their participation in marketing initiatives and events. Manage the corporate slide deck, expanding it as necessary and providing assistance in slide preparation for presentations.

Maintain and manage the corporate style, including logos, sales collateral, and branding guidelines, to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.   Qualifications: Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Proven experience in marketing planning and implementation, with a track record of driving results. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional writing and editing skills with keen attention to detail. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.

Experience with marketing tools such as Hubspot, Google Analytics, Zoom, and PowerPoint. Creativity and proficiency in graphic design and video editing software.
