Job Description: 237 Global is looking for an HR Generalist who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. Position Details:
Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives and foster a positive organizational cultureOversee talent acquisition process, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of candidatesDevelop strategies to retain talent and reduce company turnoverLead the performance management process, including setting objectives, providing regular feedback, and supporting continuous improvementOversee the design, evaluation, and administration of compensation and reward systemsAct as a point of contact for employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, employee grievances, and disciplinary actions, ensuring a fair and transparent processEnsure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, advising the leadership team on legal matters related to HRLead and develop the HR team, ensuring high levels of performance, engagement, and professional growthDevelop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyFoster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfactionProvide oversight for the daily operations of our three offices, ensuring all functions run smoothly and efficientlyJob Requirements:
