Assistant Designer

I am working with a fast-growing well-known fashion brand to find an Assistant Designer who is creative, detail-oriented, and skilled in CAD and tech pack creation. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity based in Pasadena, CA, ideal for someone eager to grow in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Position Overview: You’ll support the design team with 2D CAD illustrations, manage tech packs, and track the product development lifecycle. You'll work cross-functionally with product development and production teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely execution across all styles. Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain 2D CADs in Adobe Illustrator• Build and manage tech packs including BOMs, specs, and fit notes• Track sample development and fitting history• Maintain development logs and internal tools• Support 3D CAD feedback and line sheet preparation• Organize seasonal design assets, swatches, and reference materialsWhat We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in a fashion or technical design role• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (CADs)• Understanding of garment construction, fit methodology, and production timelines• Detail-oriented and highly organized• Familiarity with 3D CAD tools (CLO3D, Browzwear) is a plus• Must be able to work fully onsite in Pasadena, CASalary: $50,000–$55,000 annually (DOE)Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time OnsiteInterested candidates can apply by sending their resume to zhuse@24seveninc. com.
