Job Description

该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1、负责生产效率与产品良率的提升，识别并解决生产过程中的瓶颈与异常问题，推动生产流程规范化与现场管理优化。 2、主导标准作业程序（SOP）的制定与优化，明确人力配置、线体需求及工艺标准；参与生产治具的设计改进、PFMEA分析以及生产线布局规划，并负责标准工时的测量与维护。 3、运用精益生产理念，系统识别并消除生产过程中的浪费，通过人、机、料、法、环等IE方法快速响应并解决产线异常，推动改善项目。 4、持续优化产品装配工艺，引入新工具、新工装及先进方法，降低装配复杂度，提升装配效率与产品质量 任职要求： 本科及以上 机械类、自动化、精益生产
