Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Middle Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of critical legal and compliance processes, including contract management and due diligence for our expanding client and service provider base. You will play a key role in ensuring legal and regulatory integrity across jurisdictions, particularly within the iGaming sector.

RequirementsLaw degree (LLB or LLM) from an accredited institutionMinimum of 3 years' legal experience in a similar role within the iGaming industryIn-depth understanding of AML/KYC regulations and compliance obligationsExperience working with Tier 1 jurisdictions is highly desirableFluency in English (C1 level or above), including excellent command of legal EnglishSkills & AttributesStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsHigh attention to detail with a methodical and organized approachExcellent drafting and negotiation abilitiesOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsAbility to translate complex legal concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-legal stakeholdersSelf-driven and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesCreative problem-solving mindset and solution-oriented approachKey ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contractual and legal due diligence matters, including but not limited to:
