【仕事内容】・クロスボーダーM＆Aアドバイザリー業務・企業・事業価値評価業務・提案資料作成・案件のエグゼキューション・海外オフィスとの連携、案件のプロジェクトマネジメント・Director以上の場合は、案件のソーシング活動、新規クライアント開拓業務【必要経験】・大手投資銀行（日系、外資系）でのM&Aアドバイザリー業務経験・会計系アドバイザー又は独立系アドバイザーでのＭ＆Ａエグゼキューション、またはバリュエーション経験・商社でM&A、事業等投資経験・英語力：VP, Directorレベルの方はビジネスレベル以上必要※アナリストの場合は、英語力があれば、ポテンシャル採用も行っています。
