About the RoleWe're hiring a Data Strategy & Analytics Specialist to join a fast-growing team of problem solvers who are passionate about using data to drive performance. In this role, you'll support clients by uncovering actionable insights, developing strategic recommendations, and delivering measurement solutions that make a real business impact.
You’ll collaborate closely with media, consulting, and technology teams, while also engaging directly with clients to shape how they think about their data. This is a full-time role based in Singapore.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop strategic, data-driven recommendations to improve marketing performance, customer engagement, and ROIConduct deep-dive analyses using both proprietary and client-owned datasets to uncover insights and patternsTranslate complex data into clear narratives, reports, and visualisations that support business goalsCollaborate cross-functionally with internal media, analytics, and consulting teams to deliver integrated solutionsPresent findings and strategies directly to clients, and contribute to ongoing relationship buildingAssist in building measurement frameworks, testing roadmaps, and attribution models that align with client KPIsStay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices across data analytics and marketing technologyQualifications2–5 years of experience in a data analytics or marketing strategy role, preferably within an agency, consultancy, or digital marketing environmentStrong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualisation platforms (e.
