We are currently seeking a 3D / 2D Designer Modeler to join our experienced team in Aspropyrgos.If you’re passionate about marine design, precision modeling, and teamwork, this is an excellent opportunity to bring your skills to a dynamic and growing company. Role ObjectiveTo create, manage, and maintain accurate 3D and 2D models for marine outfitting and technical projects, supporting DECON’s commitment to excellence in design and construction. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed and precise 3D models using AutoCAD, Rhino, and BIM tools.Collaborate effectively with engineers, project managers, and other departments to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.Recommend materials and design alternatives that optimize performance, quality, and cost efficiency.Conduct basic cost analyses to ensure proposed materials and designs meet budget requirements.Support the design and budgeting process with creative, cost-effective alternatives.QualificationsPrior professional experience in a relevant position within the construction or marine industry.Solid technical background and understanding of engineering drawings.Proficiency with 3D design software (AutoCAD, Rhino, BIM).Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent time management and attention to detail.Good cost awareness and familiarity with materials commonly used in marine outfitting.Very good command of English (written & spoken).Very good command of Greek (written & spoken). Core CompetenciesAnalytical and problem-solving skills.Initiative and proactive approach.Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.Keen perception and understanding of design processes.Commitment to accuracy, quality, and timely delivery. If you’re ready to take the next step in your design career and contribute to innovative marine outfitting projects, we’d love to hear from you at hr@decon.gr
