3D Designer – NOC Room Concepts

This role is focused on delivering high-quality 3D modeling solutions for the design of two adjacent Network Operations Center (NOC) rooms, totaling 300m2. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing five distinct 3D design options, each accompanied by comprehensive architectural drawings that integrate ceiling plans with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services. The position requires a strong understanding of spatial planning, technical detailing, and the ability to visualize and communicate complex layouts. The final deliverable will include a fly-through video of the selected design. This is a remote, project-based opportunity with a tight one-week turnaround.Deliverables Develop five unique 3D modeling options for two adjacent NOC rooms (total area: 300m2) Produce architectural drawings for each option, including ceiling plans, MEP service integration, layouts, section details, and elevations Provide clear visualizations and technical documentation for all design options Create a high-quality fly-through video of the selected NOC room design Ensure all deliverables are completed and submitted within the specified one-week timeframeRequirements Proven expertise in 3D modeling and architectural visualization, preferably for commercial or technical spaces Proficiency with industry-standard 3D design software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD) Strong knowledge of architectural drawing standards, including ceiling plans and MEP coordination Ability to produce detailed layouts, sections, and elevations Experience creating fly-through or walkthrough videos for design presentations Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting Availability to start immediately and deliver all project components within one weekAbout TwineTwine is a leading freelance marketplace connecting top freelancers, consultants, and contractors with companies needing creative and tech expertise.
