From quick event concept designs to photoreal hero renders, real-time previews, and short fly-throughs, you’ll translate concept and design development into visuals that help clients see and believe.You’ll partner closely with our 3D Experience Designers, 2D, Content, and Production to ensure visuals are accurate to scale, materials, and buildability while moving fast for pitches and design milestones.Key ResponsibilitiesConcept → VisualisationGenerate rapid concept visuals (mood, massing) to explore space, light, and narrative.Develop hero vignettes and cinematic frames that capture signature moments, audiences, and cultural context (KSA).Modelling, Look-Dev & LightingBuild/clean models from sketches, CAD & VWX, maintain correct scale and hierarchy.Create material libraries, set physically plausible lighting, and establish render settings for speed vs fidelity.Apply regional materiality (stone, plaster, metals, fabrics) and realistic population/props for credible scenes.Rendering & PostProduce photoreal stills and short fly-throughs, manage render layers/passes for efficient best practice.Execute post in Photoshop/After Effects (grading, sky replacements, atmos, FX) with a restrained, premium finish.Real-Time & ImmersivePrepare scenes for Unreal/Twinmotion (LOD, lightmaps, collisions) for interactive reviews and VR previews.Optimise assets for real-time performance without sacrificing visual intent.Pipelines, Assets & QualityMaintain scene hygiene, naming conventions, linked textures, XRefs, version control, and render templates.Build and curate shared asset libraries (materials, vegetation, furniture, avatars) to accelerate future projects.Collaboration & PresentationWork hand-in-hand with 3D/2D/Production to keep visuals aligned with technical constraints and budget.Own the 3D layer of pitch proposals: hero frames, environment applications, and sequence beats that sell the story.Research & AccelerationTrack global benchmarks in museum/exhibition/retail/giga-project visualisation and feed learnings to the studio.Use AI tools (image generators, upscalers, LLMs) to speed mooding and asset exploration, without compromising craft.Core CompetenciesPhotoreal lighting, materials, composition & camera languageFast iteration + high-fidelity finish under deadlineSpatial accuracy and attention to technical detailClear storytelling through sequences and keyframesCollaboration, feedback agility, and version disciplineSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseExperience: Proven studio/agency track record producing visuals for experiential, exhibition, interior, destination or themed projects.3D & Render: 3ds Max plus V-Ray/CoronaReal-Time: Unreal Engine familiarity for interactive reviews/VR; optimisation fundamentals.Post: Adobe Photoshop (mandatory), After Effects/Premiere a plus.Tooling: Miro for reviews; basic CAD read skills (DWG).AI Literacy: Practical use of Visual AI for ideation/cleanup, super-resolution, and variant testing.Language: Strong professional English; Arabic proficiency highly preferredPortfolio: Case-study visuals showing process (greybox → look-dev → hero renders/fly-throughs) with notes on constraints and choices.BenefitsComprehensive paid time off benefits.Hybrid work model, where our team comes into the office a minimum of 3 days per week.Comprehensive health and life insurance.Monthly breakfasts and monthly social sessions.Select educational support for growth and upskilling.You will have the opportunity to work on multi-million dollar giga-projects that are literally shaping the future of global tourism and culture.We offer a collaborative, international environment where your ideas will be heard and your growth prioritized.‎Imagination:Imagination is The Original Experience Design Agency.
