You will work with enterprise-level clients to ensure they achieve maximum value from the software platform. You will lead onboarding and rollout activities, manage relationships with key engineering stakeholders, and align internal technical resources to meet customer needs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and improve customer retention.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE5+ years of key account experience in an engineering or technical environmentBackground in enterprise project management or consultingFamiliarity with digital engineering tools and their application in manufacturing or product developmentAbility to analyze customer metrics and proactively address risksProven ability to manage and grow enterprise-level accountsStrong communication skills with English-speaking clients and stakeholdersQUALIFICATIONSDegree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical fieldStrong understanding of CAx tools and digital engineering environmentsProficiency in business English for communication with clients and internal teamsAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsSelf-starter with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
