Leads improving projects focusing on manufacturing process and also new product introductionsFocus mainly on new projectMachine guarding Vision system for Riveting MachinesPrepared and optimized Standard Work, Standard Operating Procedure, Gaps with Work instructions (SOP and Dozuki)Routing correctionSupports and Cooperate with Maintenance, Division Engineering to diagnostic and improving manufacturing machines, close cooperate with Environmental Safe and Health to secure best class in safety standards for employee Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s/ degree from an accredited institution,Knowledge of English and Slovak in speech and writing,Knowledge Lean Manufacturing approach and Lean Six Sigma tools,Experience in Process Engineer or similar position in Manufacturing,Experience with Project Management in an interdisciplinary team,Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Knowledge of ISO´s is well appreciatedJob specifics: Working pattern: full-timeType of employment contract: fixed period: 1,5 yearsTravel:
