Position: Workstation Engineer – 3rd Line SupportLocation: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid – 2 days onsite/week) Overview:Join a leading energy infrastructure organization that’s modernizing its IT landscape. As part of the Back Office Client Engineering team, you’ll manage 3rd line support, software packaging, and scripting activities in a secure and dynamic environment.Responsibilities:Provide advanced troubleshooting for Windows 10/11 OS and application issues.Manage and resolve escalations from helpdesk and 2nd line teams.Package, script, and distribute enterprise and in-house software on Wintel platforms.Coordinate with external vendors for application or licensing issues.Support controlled software deployment and endpoint management (SCCM).Maintain detailed documentation and ensure configuration consistency.Requirements:5–10 years of experience in Workstation or Client Engineering roles.Expertise in Windows 10/11 within secure enterprise environments.Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.Experience with SCCM, Active Directory, and Group Policies.Strong scripting knowledge: PowerShell, VBScript, Batch scripting.Fluency in English and French or Dutch; German is an asset.Nice to Have:Experience with Intune, MDT, WINPE, and Windows Automated Installation Kit.Knowledge of cloud-based environments or hybrid device management.Familiarity with packaging tools and silent setup customization.
