3rd Shift: 12am/midnight-8am1st Shift: 8am- 4pmAs a Corn Cooker, you will prepare raw batches of corn to be used in the production of corn-based products.Areas of ResponsibilitiesDAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:Prepare batches of corn by filling kettle with water and adding corn and limeObserve and maintain cooking timeCook corn and agitate, then transfer to the holding tankMust be able to lift to 50 poundsWEEKLY RESPONSIBILITES:Perform Weekly/Weekend cleaning on kettles, tanks, and surrounding areasWork with cleaning chemicalsAlways utilize all required PPE.OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform any added duties as assigned by supervisionAttend required training sessionsWork overtime, as requiredFollow GHP (Good Housekeeping practices) as well as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)Work towards attaining and maintaining GFSI & BRC certificationsEducation and ExperienceRequiredGENERAL EDUCATIONABILITY TO FOLLOW VERBAL AND WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS AND COMMUNICATIONPreferredHIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR G.E.D.ADVANCED SCHOOLINGAbout WiseWise Foods Inc.
