3rd shift Wastewater Utility Worker for Wise Foods

Location: Berwick, PAHourly rate:$ 19.89 3rd Shift: 12am/midnight-8amWise Snacks is seeking a Wastewater Utility Worker. You will be responsible for monitoring and operating several systems that remove solids, starch recovery and oil/water separation before the water is released from the facility.Areas of ResponsibilityOperate filter press unit for solids separation. The operator will pump, condition wastewater and empty the separated solids.Lifting of materials up to 50 pounds, using ferric chloride, lime for conditioning. Light maintenance to include cleaning and changing separation cloths is also required.Operate starch removal system. The operator will operate, clean and monitor the starch removal system. Cleaning of the system will include the use of chlorinizers and acids.Operate Water/Oil Separation system. The operator will operate monitor and clean the separation system.
