Graphic & UX/UI Designer

42 Gaming Group is a dynamically developing gaming operator operating in regulated markets with local licenses. We specialize in the B2C segment, providing high-quality gaming solutions for players in Greece, Serbia and Nigeria. We are planning to expand into the Mexican market in the near future. Our team consists of more than 160 specialists, and due to the active growth and entry into new markets, we are looking for a talented designer to strengthen our creative department. About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic & UX/UI Designer to join our team working on the Nigerian market.

The primary focus of this role will be working on our company website, requiring strong UX and UI understanding to create user-friendly and visually appealing web experiences.

Requirements3+ years of experience in graphic design with strong UX/UI backgroundSolid understanding of UX/UI principles for website design and optimizationExperience in web design and user interface developmentRemote work capability with preference for candidates based in PolandStrong English proficiency (B2 level minimum), Native RussianUnderstanding of Nigerian market preferences and cultural nuances (preferred)Proficient in graphic editors and design toolsExperience working with AI tools for visual content generationStrong understanding of composition principles, typography, and color harmonyKnowledge of responsive design and mobile-first approachesUnderstanding of user research, wireframing, and prototypingAbility to work with open briefs:

independently make decisions on composition, accent placement, and visual structure without detailed descriptionsSkilled in working within brand guidelines: maintaining consistent visual style and adapting to it when creating new materialsPortfolio required - please include website design examples when applyingRequired Skills & SoftwareFigma (primary tool for UX/UI work)Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere ProPrototyping tools and wireframing experienceAI tools: Midjourney, Runway, Kling AI, and others.
