Start date: September 2025Clearance: NATO SecretLocation: The Hague, NetherlandsSkills and requirements: Bachelor’s degree + 8 years’ experience in quality management or service delivery for IT programs. Experience managing service levels, compliance, and quality processes in technology projects. Strong command of English (spoken and written). Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or CMMI standards. Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.Duties: Ensure IT service quality and compliance with strict industry and program standards (ISO 9001, CMMI, and others). Monitor performance metrics and contract service levels, proactively identifying and resolving quality issues. Drive continuous improvement initiatives with program teams and leadership. Conduct audits, process reviews, and support key quality reporting and deliverables.
