Location: Luxembourg (NEAR SITE)Contract type: FreelanceDuration: 220 daysStart Date: ASAPLanguage: English (fluent) and French (B2)Role Scope:The Senior NSX / SDN Security Architect & Service Owner supports DIGIT.C.3 by overseeing the SDN service lifecycle, ensuring mature governance of micro-segmentation (firewalling) at corporate scale and delivering secure, reliable and highly available SDN services.This includes collaborating closely with the COSMOS managed service, supporting strategy definition, roadmap, implementation, continuous improvement, documentation quality, and governance models – also bridging SDN and non-SDN environments.Responsibilities: Guide and support the C3 Unit and COSMOS in full SDN service lifecycle: design, planning, implementation, operation Proactively ensure operational excellence, documentation quality, security, reliability and availability Define, improve and enforce firewalling governance models across SDN and non-SDN scope Support strategic roadmap definition and business cases for improvement initiatives Lead or coordinate SDN related projects in daily operations Provide expert technical assistance on SDN, micro-segmentation, NSX and related platforms Participate in requirements gathering, stakeholder communication and technical decision-making Ensure quality and compliance of documentation, minutes and deliverablesMinimum Requirements EQF7 degree (Master) or EQF6 + additional relevant experience English B2+ AND French B2+ 5+ years SDN & micro-segmentation experience (designing + leading administration) 3+ years AWS/Azure/GCP networking experience VMware VCP-NV certification (or equivalent firewalling) One project management certificationLogin and apply | Register and apply |
