Intetics is seeking a Lead Research Analyst to support the CEO in discovering new business opportunities, partnerships, and market insights.This is a research-driven role focused on identifying relevant companies, industries, and technologies - and translating that information into actionable recommendations.Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth research on markets, industries, and potential client segmentsIdentify and qualify business leads and strategic partners using databases, public sources, and AI toolsBuild and maintain structured lead databases and research reportsAnalyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunitiesGenerate ideas for new lead channels and outreach strategiesUse Gen AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Browse AI) to accelerate and automate research tasksOccasionally support administrative coordination related to research or outreachRequirements3+ years of experience in research, business development, or lead generationExceptional analytical and written communication skills (English C1+)Proven ability to transform data into clear insights and business actionsProficiency with LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, and similar research toolsConfidence in using AI tools for automation and information synthesisAttention to detail, strong organization, and ability to work independently.
