Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and "all-things-digital" solutions, is looking for a Sales Executive, Domain Specialist to join its innovative team.We are looking for a Sales Executive with deep domain focus who will own revenue growth in a chosen industry vertical (Healthcare, IoT, Wearables, Robotics, Logistics, Biochemistry, Manufacturing, AI). This role combines hands-on sales execution with strategic domain positioning.You will be responsible for building and running targeted marketing and outbound campaigns in your domain, leading a dedicated lead generation team, and managing the full sales cycle to achieve quota. Your domain knowledge will help you speak the client's language, understand their challenges, and position our solutions as the right fit.ResponsibilitiesOwn and deliver the sales quota in the assigned domainDesign and execute domain-focused marketing and outbound campaigns together with the marketing and lead gen teamsManage and guide lead generation manager/s working on outbound activities in your domainDrive the full sales cycle: from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closingBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities within the chosen verticalAct as the domain ambassador for clients, aligning their industry needs with our service offeringsReport on sales performance, pipeline health, and campaign effectivenessStay on top of market and industry trends to refine the go-to-market strategyRequirements4+ years of experience in B2B IT sales (outsourcing, outstaffing, or software development services)Understanding of IT delivery models (dedicated teams, managed services, staff augmentation)Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotasStrong knowledge of at least one key industry domain (Healthcare, IoT, Wearables, Robotics, Logistics, Biochemistry, Manufacturing, AI)Experience designing or executing outbound and marketing campaignsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to coordinate and mentor lead generation specialistsUpper-Intermediate or higher level of English, highly desirable fluent German Nice to HaveEngineering background: hands-on experience, pet projects, and/or educationExisting network of contacts in the target domainExperience with CRM for campaign and pipeline managementFamiliarity with account-based marketing (ABM) approachesBenefitsPaid Time Off (36 paid days per year)Work From HomeTraining & Development
