Are you passionate about bringing people together, sharing ideas, and making information easy to understand? As a Student Assistant for Vertical Enablement & Communication, you’ll support our global sales and global vertical heads by helping build strong communities, event management, digital content (creation and management), and turning insights into impactful actions. You’ll work closely with a small but global team (some based in Copenhagen). Your key tasks will include: Digital Content Creation (for internal use): Assist in recording and editing videos featuring leaders and peers using tools like Microsoft Clipchamp.
Create engaging PowerPoint presentations, reports, and internal updates to keep the Sales community informed. Support and manage content across internal platforms (SharePoint, Viva Engage, Teams, Seismic). Insight Collection: Assist in data tracking and engagement analytics, helping measure the impact of our initiatives. Potential to interview sales colleagues from around the globe to gain additional insights. Event & Meeting Coordination: Support in planning team offsites, internal events, and recognition programs, including the annual Global Sales Master Awards (up to 80 attendees). Handle logistical planning such as booking venues, coordinating vendors, preparing materials, and ensuring smooth execution. Project Coordination:
Stay organized and help track progress on communication and enablement tasks across verticals. What We Are Looking ForMust be a student at a Danish university. A people person who enjoys teamwork and building connections. Someone curious, organized, and eager to learn how large global teams within a global logistics industry communicate and collaborate. Confident in writing, speaking, and working with digital tools like PowerPoint and Teams. And happy to explore learning a few new ones. Attention to detail is essential when working on stakeholder communication, event coordination, and content creation.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint) is required. Fluent in English and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with peers from across the globe. A student currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program—ideally with an interest in communications, marketing, business, or similar fields.
