What We Expect from YouKey Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy Development & Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the product in international markets, focusing on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Telegram. Tailor campaigns for both English-speaking and Russian-speaking audiences.
Work with paid traffic using custom audiences, retargeting, and look-alike strategies to maximize relevance. Content & Team Collaboration: Find and collaborate with copywriters to develop high-converting content and landing pages. Analytics & Reporting: Set up and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign performance with a focus on reducing cost per conversion, increasing ROI, and data-driven strategy adjustments. Budget Management: Plan, manage, and optimize ad campaign budgets to ensure maximum profitability. Research & Implementation: Continuously search for and integrate new tools and approaches to improve conversion rates and marketing efficiency. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, IT, or related fields.
In-depth knowledge of SEO, SMM, content marketing, targeting, video marketing, and end-to-end analytics. Proven experience working with paid traffic on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, and Yandex. Familiarity with look-alike algorithms, retargeting strategies, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Yandex Metrica, LinkedIn Campaign Manager). Fluent in both English and Russian. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to work in a team and contribute fresh ideas.
