As an A&R representative, you’ll play a key role in shaping the creative identity of our artists — from concept development to final release.This position oversees the entire music production process and works closely with both internal and external producers, writers, and creative partners around the world.[Key Responsibilities]Plan and manage album and single production for CHROMA artistsSource and select songs that align with the artist’s concept and directionOversee recording, production schedules, budgets, and release timelinesBuild and manage relationships with domestic and international producers, composers, and lyricistsOrganize and operate songwriting camps and collaborative production sessionsManage live performance or concert-related music elements, including arrangements and band coordination[Required Qualifications]Bachelor’s degree or higher3 to 10 years of professional A&R experienceStrong understanding of the music business and global pop marketExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishProven ability to collaborate with both in-house and external creative partnersHigh level of professional ethics and confidentialityShortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a project assignment.[Preferred Qualifications]Hands-on experience leading full album or single projects as an A&RStrong network of domestic and international producers, songwriters, and artistsExperience hosting or managing song campsDegree in music, media, or a related fieldUnderstanding of recording, mixing, mastering, and the overall production pipeline[Core Skills]Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teamsStrong project management and organizational abilityAnalytical and creative thinking with attention to detailProactive and innovative mindset to continuously improve workflowsAbility to handle confidential materials with integrity
