As a Finance and Accounting Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-scaling international startup, work closely with experienced finance professionals, and contribute to real business decisions from day one. In This Role, You’llAssist in preparing financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reportsSupport financial analysis tasks by collecting and evaluating data to identify key trends and variancesHelp maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards and regulationsContribute to accounts payable and receivable operations by processing invoices, receipts, and paymentsAssist with tax filings and compliance processes, including documentation collection and form preparationCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Growth, Operations, Tech) on finance-related projects and reportingYour ProfileCurrently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldExcellent proficiency in English (German is a plus)Strong analytical thinking and the ability to derive insights from financial dataProficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with financial tools or reporting systemsBasic understanding of accounting principles (HGB and/or IFRS is a plus)Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset and attention to detailHighly organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environmentPlease note that this position is based in Berlin.
