We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager at our Penrose Contact Centre. If you’re passionate about delivering excellent customer service, building high-performing teams, and leading through change , this is the role for you!What You’ll Be Doing | Mō te TūrangaAs Team Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our frontline teams within the Unified Contact Centre, while managing relationships with our Mobility teams to deliver strong outcomes for our customers. You’ll help create a culture of growth, engagement, and continuous improvement.

You know how to motivate, support, and grow a team, while managing day-to-day operations and keeping an eye on continuous improvement. You’ll Bring2+ years of experience leading and coaching teams5+ years in customer service in a contact centre environmentProven ability to drive team performance through effective coaching and mentoringExcellent communication skills and strong time managementA calm, solutions-focused approach to challenges and competing prioritiesA passion for delivering great customer experiences and supporting your people to succeedExperience managing performance, handling escalations and fostering resilienceA continuous improvement mindset — always looking for ways to do things betterPlease note:

This is a full-time role, working five days a week, including one weekend day.
