TAMALE , GHANAAbout The RoleThe HR Business Partner will be a key member of Ghana management team, reporting to the Country Manager, with a dotted line to the Head of WAF Region Human Resources. You will drive the overall management of human resources, as well as organizing and leading HR matters. Covering implementing and executing AAK Group's HR strategy at local level as well as Developing, and ensure full compliance to Human resources policies and practices. Responsibilities: The HR Business Partner is responsible for: Delivering HR excellency in Ghana through a strong commitment to AAK Culture and Better Behaviors.
Recruitment and onboarding: Ensure 100% of recruitment is carried out as per AAK standards (Job ad posting, applicant short-listing, interviews and completion of requisite. test and documentation, remuneration and benefits proposals, induction and onboarding process etc. . ). Provide day-to-day excellent HR services to other managers and all staff as internal customers. Ensure HR administrative management and compliance with local regulations : employment contract, payroll , tax and pension administration. Maintain updated salary wages as per the market by ensuring accurate market information relating to compensation and benefits. HR metrics & data:
maintain integrity and confidentiality of people files and documents, HR KPI Metrics Ensure 100% people database is update with accuracy in HR Information System and monitor the monthly HR reporting, organizational charts. Ensure the organization have a strong Talent pool and a succession planning. Ensure follow up of compulsory training plan per function/ and individual/function learning planProvide support to WAF Region HR Manager and participate in Global People project when it is required.
Manage host country base information for expatriate staff in alignment with the expatriate employment contract terms and conditionsEnsure a healthy workplace in all HR matters (Great Place to Work)About YouFormal education/qualifications required: Master’s degree in human resources or similar field of study. Type of knowledge, experience & skills required: Minimum 7 years' experience in human resources management or similar field in a multicultural environment or a multinational company.
