You’ll help manage accommodations and student logistics — from airport pick-ups to making sure their new homes are welcoming and functional. 🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
Organize student pick-ups and check-outsManage accommodation logistics (keys, cleaning coordination, apartment readiness)Handle small maintenance tasks (changing lightbulbs, using a screwdriver, etc. )Pick up basic supplies or missing items for the apartments (e. g. , mirror, kettle, etc. )Act as the main point of contact for incoming Erasmus+ studentsHelp solve day-to-day issues with a positive, can-do attitude💡 We’re Looking for Someone Who:
Is practical, hands-on, and solution-orientedSpeaks good English (Danish is a plus, not a must)Can handle small tasks and isn’t afraid to get involved (from errands to assembling furniture)Has basic skills in maintenance or is comfortable using tools (bonus!)Is organized, people-friendly, and independentIs possibly an Erasmus+ student, recent graduate, or someone seeking international experience🕐 Workload & Flexibility: Weekend availability is required for student arrivals/check-outsOutside of key tasks, you can set your own schedule – super flexibleGreat for those who value autonomy and non-desk work🎁 What We Offer:
