Key Responsibilities As the Head HR/Admin, you will: Oversee all HR and administrative operations, providing efficient and effective services across the organisation. Foster and maintain strategic relationships with vendors, agencies, and stakeholders. Manage budgets, control inventories, and make recommendations for optimised resource utilisation. Ensure timely payment of rents, utility bills, and other essential obligations. Define and supervise vendor selection and service provider management strategies, including SLA documentation and compliance. Conduct inspections of company facilities to ensure adherence to maintenance standards. Manage the company’s fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in top working condition.
Oversee visa processing for local and expatriate staff as required. Coordinate internal customer satisfaction surveys to identify areas for service improvement. Supervise office operations, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and adequate supply distribution. Provide general administrative support and resolve office-related issues promptly. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; an MBA is an added advantage. Professional certifications such as CIPM, HRCI, or CIPD are highly desirable. At least 15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the upstream industry. In-depth knowledge of HR trends, challenges, and legislation. Strong organisational, leadership, and project management skills. Proficiency in HR management systems and IT tools. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and crisis management skills.
